Caitlin Kelly, CPNP

Caitlin was born in Washington, D.C. and is a proud native of Potomac, Maryland. Caitlin received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgetown University as well as her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

Caitlin was born 3 months premature, which initially sparked her interest in a nursing career, caring for children of all sizes. Caitlin worked in both the pediatric and neonatal intensive care units at Georgetown University Hospital before continuing her passion for nursing by receiving her
Master of Science degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She is board certified in pediatrics, a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. Prior to joining Pediatric Associates of Alexandria, Caitlin has experience in pediatric urgent care. Her clinical interests include newborn medicine and preventative care. Caitlin is also one of the healthy lifestyle clinic providers at PAA, helping
children and families to establish healthy eating and activity.

In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her friends and family, attending Washington Nationals games, traveling, running, reading, and doing puzzles.
